Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterized by persistent, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that an individual feels compelled to perform. OCD can significantly interfere with daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

Our OCD Intensive Treatment Program offers children, adolescents, adults, and their families the unique opportunity to work on their OCD symptoms in a collaborative, comprehensive, and supportive way. Individuals who participate in the program will have access to a team of professionals dedicated to helping them learn how to better manage their OCD symptoms.

The OCD Intensive Treatment Program includes:

  • FREE 30-minute one-on-one workshop with a licensed psychologist to determine fit, discuss presenting concerns, and identify tentative treatment goals

  • An initial diagnostic evaluation that includes:

    • Diagnostic assessments

    • Recommendations for treatment structure

    • Suggested resources

  • Two individual therapy sessions per week

  • Should OCD symptoms involve feeding and eating

    • One comprehensive nutrition assessment

    • One bi-weekly or monthly nutrition session

  • One family therapy session per month

  • One bi-weekly or monthly parenting session, depending on the level of parental support needed at home

  • Bi-weekly assessment of treatment progress and reevaluation of treatment goals

  • FREE weekly case consultation with other treatment team providers

  • FREE participation in OCD support group

Remember, seeking professional support when needed is a sign of strength, and it can make a significant difference in managing OCD symptoms during the holidays and throughout the year.
